Step One
Lay the MarkMatPro® onto the sheet of Plywood.
The MarkMatPro® is designed to fit across the width of an 8x4 sheet of plywood, giving you predetermined perforated measurements at 6 inches screw through, eliminating time spent measuring and marking the fixing points.
Step Two
Screw Directly through the Predetermined perforations.
Driving screws through the perforations result in a consistent 6" interval across the entirety of the mat. Opt for either using a tradition screw gun or a colated screw gun, , adjusting the
Step Three
Moving the MarkMat Pro®
After screwing through all the perforations on the mat, move the mat down to the last row of screws and line up with the top row of perforations, this will align the mat ready to start screwing again.
Do this across the entirety of you sheet material as required.
Step 4
Remove The MarkMatPro®
When you have finished screwing through all the perforations on the mat & finished with screwing down your sheet material, remove the mat.
You now have your plywood or sheet material screw down with perfect 6" centres.
